Focus and Scope
The main target of Kalyani: Journal of the University of Kelaniya is to publish scholarly articles, mostly research-based and it contains articles based on original research value in all disciplines with special reference to Sri Lanka. Articles, reviews and other communications are expected in all subjects belong to Humanities and Social Sciences, Management Sciences, Science and Technology, Medicine, Religions and Ayurveda studies. It is a multidisciplinary journal, hence, the academic and professionals in Sri Lanka and abroad are the target authors.
All articles published in the journal are deposited with Crossref

Sources of Support
The journal receives support from the Research & Publications, University of Kelaniya, Dalugama, Kelaniya, Sri Lanka.
The journal publishes two issues per annum.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. There is no embargo on the journal’s publications. Submission and acceptance dates, along with publication dates, are made available on the PDF format for each paper.
This journal is available for LOCKSS harvesting, to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. See LOCKSS harvesting start page.
